Job summary
A investment company is currently looking for a Executive Assistant to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Organize travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain secure filing systems and assist with personal errands as needed.
Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, external stakeholders, and portfolio company executives.
- Ensure effective communication within the company, keeping the CEO updated on projects, deadlines, and developments
Experience requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a senior executive.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Access is a plus.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
