Finance Director

Job summary

Adecco's client - A leading player in the food and beverage industry is seeking a Finance Director. This role is crucial to ensuring operational excellence, high product quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven background in managing manufacturing sites, particularly in the beverage or food sector, who can help optimize performance and support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely recording and establishment of all financial reports (such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial statement notes) for each item, adhering to accounting standards, company policies, and current tax regulations.
• Take charge of implementing and overseeing budgeting departments.
• Analyze and prepare precise reports to assess the return on investment (ROI) of cost center investment activities, as well as profit and loss, thereby pinpointing opportunities, risks, abnormalities, and areas of management control loss.
• Be accountable for accurately calculating and achieving Finance targets within the Division

Experience requirements

• Experience: At least 8-10 years of financial experience in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG/Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Well-experienced in balance sheets, income statements, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership presence and team management skills.
• Ability to adapt to pressure and change management

Education requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional qualifications..
