Job summary

Adecco's client is a digital network operator, providing a suite of communications services, including mobile, fixed line and fiber offerings, to over two million customers

Job Responsibilities

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Vietnamese financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to Singapore HQ, including adaption of IFRS.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Work with and lead the incumbent finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Strategic Planning: Support the Senior Director, Finance and Vietnam CFO in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis.

Experience requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a multinational company (MNC).
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.

Education requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
