Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product development guidance to clients, with a focus on shoe last-related components.
• Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, address technical challenges, and support process improvements at the manufacturing level.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, manage feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Experience requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry, with hands-on involvement in shoe last development or production.
• Solid understanding of shoe last construction, fit, materials, and its role in the overall shoe-making process.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experience working with global footwear brands is a strong advantage.
