Job summary

Our client, a well-established global sourcing and quality management organization, is hiring Head of Quality

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute quality strategies and frameworks that align with global standards and regional regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the entire quality lifecycle, ensuring products meet internal specifications and external compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor regional quality teams to build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Act as a key partner in resolving quality challenges, developing corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Anticipate and mitigate quality risks across the supply chain.
• Define and track performance indicators to measure quality effectiveness and support decision-making.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of quality experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven leadership experience at a senior level managing multi-country teams with a strong strategic orientation.
• Solid background in textile and fabric processing (spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, washing, and testing) as well as familiarity with hardline product categories.
• Proficient in using quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and FMEA. Exposure to lean management is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English; capable of working across cultures and functions.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
