HR Manager

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and direct the HR activities at our company.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and selection of highly skilled professionals with the technical and safety-oriented background required for company operations.
• Training and Development: Design and oversee training programs
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems that effectively measure and improve employee performance
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all HR practices comply with regulatory requirements
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations
• Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in the LNG, oil and gas, or related energy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing a full range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of local Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices, with an emphasis on compliance issues.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred
