Job Responsibilities

As an IE Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying and issuing RFQs, calculating production time, setting up, and improving processes for new product manufacturing.
• Monitoring and driving improvements in EST, QST, and AST to minimize production waste.
• Enhancing production processes, managing manufacturing technology, and researching the application of new technologies.
• Tracking and updating technical process changes, and issuing final production times for mass-produced products.
• Analyzing and evaluating the reasonableness of production times.
• Assessing the efficiency and capacity of SMT production and reporting on SMT production status.
• Collecting information and making adjustments to ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of production time.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Over 4 years of experience in the electronics industry (PIE), preferably with experience in Lean Manufacturing, especially in PCBA.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, high responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team spirit.
• Quick learner and adaptable.
• Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
• Skilled in using 7 IE methods for setting up production processes and time calculation.
• Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
• Proficient in Excel and other office software.

Education requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
