A new role has juts arisen in a global manufacturer in consumer electronics based around Binh duong

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute all import and export activities and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods/materials to/from various geographical locations

• Monitor the implementation of import and export procedures and policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards for importing and exporting goods/materials

• Stay updated on the latest changes and developments in trade regulations and restrictions that may affect the company's ability to import or export goods/materials and communicate them to relevant stakeholders

• Conduct regular internal and external audits to evaluate the performance and compliance of all external agents involved in the import and export process, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers

Experience requirements

A university degree in Customer Service, Business Administration and/or Supply Chain or a related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing logistics & transportation operations, import/export processes and compliance in a manufacturing industry

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently

High standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and a good command of English language

Excellent ability to adapt to different situations and work with various external parties in a collaborative and respectful manner

Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree of logistic, Supply chain, and related field.
