Job summary
Our client is MNCs polymers distributor in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue sales contracts, payment and delivery orders, other documentation related to sales transactions
- Communicate with clients about payments and deliveries
- Maintain complete and timely records and documentation in internal systems
- Monitor cargo arrival, completeness of documents required for customs clearance
Experience requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in sales support function of a trading company OR 3PL companies of similar enterprise related to petrochemicals and polymers
• Experience in working with ERP systems, customs documents, warehouses
• Experience with invoicing and Incoterms are a must.
• High level of client communication skill, eagerness to become a center point in delivering best-in-class customer experience
Education requirements
• BS or higher
