Job Responsibilities
You will be in charge of the following as the Legal Head:
- To offer regular legal support and guidance, encompassing commercial and corporate law, tax, labor, and intellectual property law, to the company's directors and departments.
- To manage, draft, negotiate, and examine contracts.
- Ensuring that all business activities and documentation adhere to company policy, international law, and/or Vietnamese legal requirements.
- To keep the Board of Directors informed about the evolution of the law and to assess and advise them on any potential implications or commercial possibilities.
- To act as the company's representative and collaborate with pertinent groups and parties in the event of a disagreement or claims from clients, vendors, or dealers
- To look into any violations of business policy, guidelines, or discipline.
- When the company embarks on new initiatives, investments, or endeavors, it must: • Provide legal advice and finish all required administrative procedures. It must collaborate with an outside legal advisor on legal commercial advisory and litigation management.
- To draft the meeting's agenda, minutes, and resolution for the Member Council
- Administer the Company's filings and records; register new Member Council employees with the appropriate authorities.
- Provide legal training to business departments as required.
- To oversee and supervise every legal job inside the legal department.
- To provide legal education to corporate divisions
- To manage additional legal matters that the managing director and CFO delegate.
Upon company business request, the MD and/or CFO may periodically alter these legal affairs scopes.
Experience requirements
- A minimum of seven years of work experience in FDI/MNCs as a legal leader.
- Availability of a law license and prior experience as a prosecutor.

University degree in Law
