Job Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Staff will play a vital role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, analyzing market data, enhancing CRM systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating sales follow-ups.

• Assist in creating creative briefs and directing creative efforts to achieve goals across all marketing channels, including print, digital, and video.
• Oversee content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, set campaign budgets, participate in events, document business processes, and support sales.
• Collect customer and market insights to shape outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, and make necessary optimizations.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to both internal and external teams, and communicate with team managers and director about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Conduct company overviews and solution introductions, provide company tours, and engage in other activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform sales support tasks, including following up on business leads or customers as assigned.

Experience requirements

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role and at least 3 years in a Japanese-speaking position.
• Japanese certification: JLPT-N1 (or BJT J1 or higher).
• Proficient in Japanese: writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
• Proficient in English: writing, reading, and speaking.
• Customer-oriented and service-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Open communication attitude and strong teamwork skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience living in Japan.
• Strong project management skills.
• Background in working at an IT company.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business trips.

• Bachelor's degree
