Job summary
Our Client, an expert in beauty care is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Brand Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Analyze the performance and effectiveness of marketing events and media campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing: Lead social media strategies, including collaborating with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to create and implement innovative product promotion ideas.
- Customer Acquisition & Store Marketing: Create and manage promotional plans targeting new customers and members for retail locations, driving both in-store and online traffic.
- Online Advertising: Manage online advertising strategies, with experience in digital marketing being highly desirable.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the beauty industry or working with brands in shopping malls and retail environments.
- Media Channel: Oversee the planning and execution of content across various media channels to ensure brand consistency.
- Brand Management: Lead efforts to maintain and enhance brand identity and presence across different touchpoints.
- Collaborative Projects: Plan and execute cross-brand collaborations and joint ventures with other brands to expand market reach.
- Develop strategies to manage and optimize the company’s website for user engagement and brand growth.
- Advertising Planning: Write and execute detailed advertising plans that align with overall brand strategy and goals.
Experience requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
- Chinese and English Communication
- Proven experience in managing social media, working with KOLs, and driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
