Job Responsibilities
Job Purpose: The Vietnam Mobility team is responsible for the growth of the Transport business, and for the growth and efficient utilization of our supply. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for new services/features launching, service growth, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation of owned projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs to inform service design and improvements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new services post-launch and owned workstream to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Address and resolve issues related to operation, legal basics or compliance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to create new revenue streams from mobility assets, including expanding service offerings and fleet monetization strategies
Experience requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, business management and growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in performance management tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
