Operations Data Development Supervisor

Job summary

Adecco's client - a big electronics manufacturer around Ho Chi Minh is looking for an Operation Data Development Supervisor to join its strong team to drive automation within warehousing and planning team of the factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data tools to support warehouse operations and indirect material management
• Automate data collection and reporting processes for improved accuracy and efficiency
• Provide data-driven insights and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Train end-users on new data tools and systems
• Supervise the indirect material warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory and timely replenishment
• Enforce best practices in inventory management, material handling, and warehouse layout optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material planning and delivery
• Develop and maintain SOPs for indirect material warehouse operations and related processes

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, tool development, or warehouse/operations support
• Hands-on experience in warehouse management, indirect material control, or operational planning preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Skilled in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Macros, VBA
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• Willing to travel

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
