Our client is looking for an Operations Deputy Director
Job Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and management plans for customer care activities to provide guidance and direction to the Executive Board.
- Create action plans for customer care activities and business development for value-added services in line with the Company's goals and strategy.
- Increase customer satisfaction by effectively handling, caring for, and resolving outstanding issues that arise during the use of rental services, value-added services, etc.
- Manage and operate the departments under the management office to ensure progress and commitment to issue resolution.
- Take responsibility for and provide professional recommendations to ensure issues are resolved with focus, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Participate in the development and training of customer care and sales consulting expertise to enhance the professionalism of departments under management responsibility.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and 10 years in the customer service field.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in related industries, including office leasing services, real estate, and business development in the customer service sector.
- Fluency in an additional language is a must (Japanese, Korean, Madarin, Cantonese, etc.)
