Process Engineer (SMT)

Job summary

Adecco's client - a leading electronics manufacturer is looking for a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve the work instructions for production process
• Drive process improvement and train personnel for new processes
• Support process and equipment for NPD / transfer project
• Train the production staff on how to use the new products and processes
• Collaborate with other departments to solve any production issues

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in electronics and PCBA field, preferred exp in SMT or PCB assembly process
• Good English communication skill
• Process improvement and strong analytical skill
• Experienced with transferred project or NPD is preferred
• Experienced in evaluating and validating new equipment

Education requirements

• University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
