Procurement Supervisor

Job summary

Adecco's client - a cutting-edge electronics manufacturer poised to establish a new manufacturing plant. As we embark on this exciting new venture, we are seeking a Purchasing Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality requirements in collaboration with SQE.
• Develop and implement localization and cost-reduction plans with the Purchasing Manager.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, on-site audits, and qualification processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Support Supply Chain operations by managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating supplier payments.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electronics, Electrical, Supply Chain; engineering background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience, ideally in the electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of related commodities; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proficient in English (oral and written); Mandarin is a plus.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and market awareness skills.
