Product Owner – Unsecured Lending

Job summary

Adecco's client is a well-respected bank in Hanoi is actively seeking for a position of Product Owner – Unsecured Lending.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, developing, and optimizing unsecured products (consumer loans, personal unsecured loans, payroll loans, etc.).
• Analyze the market, competitors and customer needs to orient appropriate product development.
• Work closely with stakeholders: Information Technology Department, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Distribution Channel... to deploy effective trust products/services.
• Write Business Requirements Document (BRD), design customer journey (Customer Journey) and participate in system testing (UAT).
• Monitor and improve product performance after deployment (approval rate, NPL, outstanding loans, conversion rate, etc.).
• Participate in proposing and implementing initiatives to digitize the unsecured loan process (eKYC, automatic approval, online distribution, etc.).
• Train and support business units in deploying and selling trust products. 

Experience requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions (Product Owner, Product Manager) in the fields of finance, banking, fintech; priority is given to having experience in developing trust products.
• Experience in working with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Good understanding of credit processes, consumer loan products, and individual customer behavior.
• Good data analysis, synthesis and processing skills.
• Communication skills, multi-departmental coordination and effective project management.
• Good communication in English.

Education requirements

• Graduated from university or higher majoring in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, etc. or related industries.
