Production Manager

Job summary

Our client, an international fashion and home goods brand, is looking for Production Manager to manage their vendors nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive evaluations of production lead times and implement strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and improving production speed and efficiency.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction throughout the production cycle by ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
• Collaborate closely with sourcing, inventory planning, and production teams to enhance overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with Quince's standards and expectations while fostering a positive working experience.
• Oversee supplier performance, targeting 90% on-time delivery (OTD) compliance across all assigned partners.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement, with strong insight into end-to-end supplier production workflows.
• Proven track record working with leading online retailers, particularly those operating in M2C (manufacturer-to-consumer) models in the U.S. and China.
• Established network within the apparel and home goods manufacturing sector.
• Strong supply chain background with experience in lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) operations, and a general management mindset.
• Meticulous, highly analytical, and process-driven, with a strong focus on execution, problem-solving, and continuous brand enhancement.
• Agile learner with a growth mindset—adaptable, open to new ideas, and resilient in the face of change or challenges.
