Project Sourcing Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a big manufacturing company in Vietnam is looking for a Facilities Sourcing Specialist/Manager who will oversee and manage the procurement of facility-related goods and services, ensuring the best value while maintaining quality and compliance. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet organizational objectives efficiently. Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for facility management categories such as maintenance, utilities, cleaning, security, and equipment.
• Analyze market trends and supplier landscapes to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage vendor risks effectively.
• Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract execution and performance metrics to maximize value.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Act as a key point of contact for facility sourcing initiatives and support internal teams with procurement insights and expertise.

Budget Management and Reporting:

• Monitor and control facility sourcing budgets, identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sourcing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Sustainability and Innovation:

• Promote sustainable sourcing practices and identify innovative solutions to enhance facility management operations.
• Ensure adherence to corporate sustainability policies and industry best practices.

Experience requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in facility management or related categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Coupa).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and compliance standards in sourcing.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
• Familiarity with local and international facility management vendors and market dynamics.
• Experience in implementing cost-saving projects and process improvements.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
