QC Manager (Furniture)

Job summary

Our client, an international fashion and home goods brand, is looking for QC Manager to manage their vendors nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as QA, Sourcing & Merchandising as well as external stakeholder such as supplier to establish early quality checkpoints.
• Lead supplier quality assessments and guide best practices.
• Supervise supplier QC personnel on-site or perform QC actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues. Resolve quality-related problems with stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
• Address customer complaints about product quality, manage quality and returns communications, and monitor quality to reduce returns.
• Use data-analysis tools for process improvements.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of QC experience in furniture/ home goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices: SPC and Pareto Charts.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in auditing, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to assess and address regulatory
