QC Manager

Job summary

Our client — a leading player in the Furniture/Sofa Manufacturing — is currently seeking an QC Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks, including detailed inspection protocols, sampling strategies, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee inspections across the production lifecycle—covering incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product evaluations.
• Monitor and interpret quality-related data to identify recurring trends, uncover root causes, and support strategic enhancements.
• Report on essential quality indicators such as defect rates, complaint levels, and process performance to senior leadership.
• Investigate product or process deviations, lead root cause analyses, and coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective measures.
• Collaborate with supply partners to ensure raw materials and components meet internal standards, while also supporting customer feedback resolution.

Experience requirements

• University degree in engineering, quality systems, or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in a quality-focused leadership role, ideally within a furniture or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Familiar with international quality standards, particularly ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
