Job Responsibilities

Functional Objectives

• Ensure that quality KPIs consistently meet defined targets.
• Conduct regular monitoring of production processes and outputs with a focus on quality performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to product and process quality.
• Maintain clear and professional communication on all quality-related matters across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in handling internal and external quality complaints, including documentation and resolution in the SAP system.
• Participate in supplier audits such as on-site approval and annual assessments.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Check Sheets.
• Prepare and follow up on PPAP submissions for new projects.
• Oversee the management of testing equipment, including calibration, procurement, replacement, and planning for new project requirements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments and represent the quality function during daily Shop Floor Meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Experience requirements

Education and professional knowledge

§ University degree in engineering field.

§ Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management in the relevant industry.

§ Experience with Quality Management tools like SPC, A3 Report, FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, 5 Why, ….

§ Experience in manufacturing company and manufacturing process is a must, preferably in semi-auto assembly, injection molding, die-casting, aluminum machining.

§ Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in the quality module of SAP.

§ Adequate knowledge of and practical experience in the standards of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & IATF 16949 is optional

§ Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
