Job summary

Job Responsibilities
· Implements key KPI's in accordance with factory quality to ensure key supporting measurements are in place in support of the global initiatives
· Identifying core causes and leading customer complaint to ensures that problems are permanently resolved in a productive and prioritized way
· Corporation with concerning team to define and analyze key performance indicators, put preventative measures, and launch improvement programs to enhance product quality
· Ensuring that internal and customer product quality and qualification requirements
· Plan, direct, and coordinate all quality operations of testing, verification
Key Liaison for all ISO/BSCI and related certification activities within the facility
· Ensure that all process line schedules are supported by the correct calibrated equipment, methods, procedures, visual instructions in accordance with customer requirements, etc.
· Direct and manage the establishment and maintenance of all testing equipment related to quality daily activities
Create documentation protocols and ensure that all quality records are properly maintained, updated, controlled, reviewed and approved
· Directly structure and lead strategic projects and performance improvement efforts
· Developing a CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan) to support the overall facility growth in conjunction with manufacturing and quality
· Leading quality engineering group to standardize and quality improvement
· Regular process audit with concerning teams
Experience requirements
Experience
· 5 - 8 years quality experience in manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated understanding of quality in a global multinational environment
· Working in multinational global factory operations
Skills/personal qualifications
· Independently, and working with others, able to generate new ideas
· Demonstrated sense of urgency; takes prompt action to accomplish goals.
· Open minded and willing to learn new knowledge in different scopes
· English communication is a must.
· Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
· Collaborative approach and outstanding listening skills
· Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity with proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced qualitative analytical skills
· Proven supervisory skills and demonstrated leadership skills
Education requirements
· BA or BS in Operations, Business, Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus
· Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification
· ISO 9001 internal auditor certification
