Quality Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a newly setup plant around Ho Chi Minh city is looking for a highly potential candidate to take up the role Quality Manager with an opportunity to attend training overseas.

Job Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement across all production lines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO and semiconductor industry standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for product defects and process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality from development through production.
• Conduct regular audits, data analysis, and reporting to maintain compliance and enhance process efficiency.
• Mentor and train quality team members on best practices in quality control and assurance.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years in quality management within electronics or automation manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• This role is ideal for a proactive quality professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence in semiconductor production.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
