Job summary

Our client is a leading player in the lubricant additives industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions and superior service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to spearhead sales initiatives for the Lubricant Additives product line. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and revenue. This includes identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, understand customer needs, and assess competitor offerings. Use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lubricant additives and their applications to provide customers with technical support and tailored solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings align with customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Customer Presentations & Negotiations: Lead client presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and manage contract negotiations to successfully close sales.
  • Technical Support: Assist the technical team in resolving customer issues and designing predictive formulations to meet client specifications.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present monthly sales reports, including updates on market intelligence and the sales pipeline.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the lubricant or related industry; experience in industrial oils is an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of lubricant additives, their applications, and technical specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while also excelling in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
