Job summary

Our client is a leading corporate group in the footwear components industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including product mix turnover.
  • Retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities through share gains, upgrades, and price increases to meet set sales goals.
  • Monitor and follow up on specifications obtained by the Global sales team, providing feedback and consulting with them if there are any issues related to subcontractor compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers as needed, tracking progress until the order is completed.
  • Track the number of new business acquisitions and/or specifications obtained.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through customer conversions, upgrades, and new products and services.
  • Follow up on and implement specifications gained by the Global sales team to secure sales with local contractors.

Experience requirements

  • 1-3 year experience in Textile & Footwear Industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently in key customer management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English & Chinese 
  • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives.


Education requirements

  • University/college graduate with experience in field sales, within the organization preferred.
