Job summary
- Our client is one of leading global companies in the industrial chemicals.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s Agro Crop Protection product portfolio to achieve defined business objectives and meet customer requirements.
- Manage and develop a defined customer base in Vietnam, growing existing accounts and acquiring new business in the Agro market segment.
- Work closely with the Business Manager and Market Segment Director to identify growth opportunities and meet KPIs set by the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and principals through regular visits and communication.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, suppliers, and product lines to expand the company's market presence.
- Utilize sales excellence tools, such as CRM systems, to ensure accurate and up-to-date account information.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic planning and product development.
- Prepare and communicate development plans aimed at sales growth and customer retention.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of sales and purchases and support inventory management efforts.
- Promote product awareness among target customers and relay feedback to relevant business units and suppliers.
- Monitor customer payment terms, ensure compliance with financial policies, and manage cash flow risks effectively.
- Support the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements related to new business activities.
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative, and accountability in meeting business objectives and resolving challenges.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, commercial, or leadership roles, preferably within the Agro raw materials industry.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering results.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
