Job summary
- Our client - an international consulting firm is looking for a Sales Manager based in HCMC
Job Responsibilities
Business development duties:
- Assisting with ’s business development strategy in Vietnam, targeting companies willing to set-up (or already established) in Vietnam, including forming and maintaining relationships with Chambers of Commerce and other key institutions, attending and organizing local events, drafting marketing documents., and other ancillary work.
- Follow-up and coordination between prospects and local team members in Vietnam, for the provision of services covering, but not limited to, market-entry analysis, corporate services, accounting services, treasury services, international tax planning, local tax compliance, relocation of residence and other ancillary consulting services.
- To monitor the progress of each mandate to achieve clients’ expectation
- To promote the Company and its services in order to increase the number of clients and the services rendered
- To attend seminars and make presentation or speech to public to promote the Company and/or Group’s services
- To participate in marketing planning and report to the Managing Director on the status of the marketing initiatives
- To provide professional consultancy related to corporate and tax law and on international tax planning for corporate and individual clients
- To support marketing activities in Asia and Europe
Management duties:
- To report regularly to the Managing Director the most updated situation of the assistance and services provided to clients, and of Business Development initiatives
- Being responsible of the Desk financial performance
- Serve as key point of contact for all customers’ account management matters. Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of ’s services according to customer needs and objectives.
- Research on tax matters involving several jurisdictions.
- Other activities will include: coordination with the accounting department, coordination with the corporate secretarial department and review of corporate documents, market researches and other general research work on a variety of matters, drafting of excel registries and invoices.
- Provide additional management and business consultancy as requested by clients.
Experience requirements
- Having at least 3 years of experience working at the same position
Education requirements
- Tax and/or legal background is a plus
