Job summary
This is a commercially focused role based in Vietnam, tasked with driving the growth and expansion of my client’s solutions business throughout the local market. The primary emphasis is on cultivating strong distributor relationships, widening customer engagement, and achieving revenue targets, while also delivering outstanding support to partners and end-users.
Job Responsibilities
Channel & Partner Management:
Aligned with the company's regional partner development framework:
- Design and drive a market-specific growth strategy focused on partner expansion.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in high-potential industrial areas.
- Strengthen relationships and grow performance with existing partners, aligned to KPIs.
- Facilitate regular reviews and collaborative planning sessions with partners.
- Provide both structured and informal training to partner sales and technical teams.
- Act as a point of contact for product-related inquiries or challenges from the field.
- Coordinate with marketing to support local campaigns and visibility initiatives.
Key Accounts & Market Development:
- Identify and secure new business with major industrial clients and projects.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Travel across the country to support partner engagement and end-user interaction.
- Gain strong insight into relevant sectors and propose tailored commercial solutions in industries such as:
- Interior and construction fit-out
- Industrial manufacturing
- Mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, transport)
- Specialized project-based applications
- Work with internal teams to develop or position custom solutions as needed.
- Collect and share market intelligence including trends, client feedback, and competitor activity.
- Ensure thorough CRM usage and tracking of customer activity and pipeline.
- Operate in line with internal compliance, health & safety, and procedural guidelines.
- Consistently meet or exceed set performance metrics.
- Join virtual trainings and internal meetings when required.
Experience requirements
- Proven ability to build and manage commercial relationships
- Strong attention to detail and structured reporting skills
- Well-organized with good planning discipline
- Clear and effective communicator
- Able to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
