Our client is MNCs polymers distributor in Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
Task Description:
- Expand company's product portfolio by introducing a range of new offerings, including various polymers (such as PC, PS, EPS, PVC, ABS) and petrochemicals (including SBS, acrylates, MTBE, etc.).
Key Objectives:
- Expand the product range by initiating and establishing initial deals from the ground up.
- Build a reliable and consistent customer base for the newly introduced products.
- Procure new products through both current and potential suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and drive commercial activities for a portfolio of newly launched products, including value-based selling, product promotion, strategic account management, product testing, technical support, price negotiations, and demand forecasting.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities by building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Build up long-term partnerships with newly acquired key clients by upholding exceptional standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and maintain strong communication with external partners, particularly suppliers.
- Engage in supplier negotiations and gradually take on a leading role.
Experience requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing positions within B2B sectors, particularly in the petrochemical and polymer industries.
- Well-established network across relevant industries within Vietnam, with connections extending to export markets.
- Strong passion and proven ability in sales, market research, communication, negotiation, and delivering effective presentations.
- Solid technical expertise with a deep understanding of industrial equipment, modern technologies, and industry best practices.
- Self-motivated and focused on delivering results.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field in Science or Engineering.
