Senior Automation Process Engineer

Job summary

We are partnering with a globally recognized manufacturer that values creativity, diversity, and excellence to look for a Senior Automation Process Engineer to drive innovation in manufacturing operations by implementing automation and digitalization projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation/digital solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead end-to-end projects from concept through execution, working closely with global and local teams.
• Prepare project documentation, manage timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee training, testing, and troubleshooting of new systems to ensure compliance and performance.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing automation projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in mechanical/electrical design and PLC/C++/C# programming.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Education requirements

• Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
