A renowned travel technology global company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

• Bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment. 
• Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. 
• Translating business needs into technical specifications. 
• Leading and managing small to medium-sized company-owned projects. 
• Overseeing system implementation, testing, and deployment. 
• Providing training and support to end-users. 
• Utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project execution. 
• Continuously seeking ways to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. 

Experience requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a strong focus on systems and process analysis, is a pre-requisite 
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and optimization. 
• Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. 
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process improvement. 
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation. 
• An advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its capabilities and implementation methodologies. 
• Proven track record of successful Dynamics 365 implementations. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work. 
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. 
• Familiarity with other enterprise software applications and process mapping tools. 
• Working knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus. 
• Willingness to travel as needed and work outside normal business hours to meet project deadlines. 

Education requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
