Job summary
Our client, a company specializing in designs, tailors and retails casual wear hiring a potential candidate for the Senior C&B cum HRIS.
Job Responsibilities
- HR Information System (HRIS)
- Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.
- Working with both internal and external stakeholders Global HRIS to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the system.
- Perform daily audits of data entered and interfaced between systems.
- Provide support for the HRIS including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HRIS problems (Workday Data Entry), unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Identifies, recommends, and supports implementations of systems and solutions to improve system capabilities for current or future needs.
- Serve as company resource to develop and run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
- Assist in identifying and developing HR metrics.
- Ensures effective data entry and file maintenance for new hires, employee changes. and termination are in place.
- Maintains a high level of customer service balanced with accuracy and the meeting of all legal requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support Managers to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Health Care Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc. Evaluate and analyze how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction for continuous development C&B packages.
- Support Managers to conduct, prepare data for salary survey Assist C&B Manager in performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
- Advise and answer employees on labor regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures. Ensure workplace health, safety & welfare standards, including training, implementing.
- conducting survey and reporting in accordance with the Law and Global standards.
- Collaborate with Store Operation Support to train and implement policies, reports relating to working incidents, labor safety.
- Handle C&B operations and benefits administration.
- Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
Experience requirements
- Information System Management, or related fields. 5+ years of related HRIS processing experience or equivalent system and C&B experience in MNC.
- Workday functional experience is strong plus.
- Systems implementation experience is a plus and understanding of HR processes.
- Labor laws and Management.
- Proficient with the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excel savvy is a must-have.
- Strong analytical skills are essential to perform this role successfully.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrates a strong aptitude for detail and a commitment to accuracy in results.
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information.
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
- Being a proactive individual that is highly committed with a strong drive, possess an inquisitive, commercial, analytical mind, enjoy being hands-on and aspire to be a natural business partner.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with major in HR management.
