(Senior) Internal Audit Manager

Job summary

Our client is a leading manufacturing industry, looking for a Internal Audit Manager.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves providing shareholders and management with independent, systematic appraisals of the effectiveness of internal controls and processes. This position reports directly to the Head of Internal Audit in HQ and requires someone who can effectively manage audits and contribute to business improvements across various domains including manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, sales, and more.

• Assist in developing a risk-based annual audit plan incorporating financial and operational risks
• Conduct audits across diverse areas including manufacturing, logistics, IT, and HR
• Review business processes to assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
• Recommend improvements to business systems based on audit findings
• Engage with stakeholders for communication of audit report findings and follow-ups

Experience requirements

• Solid year of working as audit experience, including within manufacturing
• Excellent oral and written command of English and Vietnamese
• Strong understanding of SAP systems necessary; data analytics skills advantageous
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across management levels

Education requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, with relevant experience and certification
