Senior Manager, Technical (MEP)

Job summary

Adecco's client - a renowned real estate development investor is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager, Technical (MEP) to lead the design review, execution, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. The role ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design validation, value engineering, and technical coordination.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site teams during installation and testing.
• Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes and international standards.
• Lead commissioning, handover, and facility readiness for operations.
• Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and smart building initiatives.

Experience requirements

• 10+ years of MEP experience in building projects, with leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of building services, codes, and safety regulations.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
