Senior Project Manager

Job summary

Our client is a global leader in footwear midsoles, plastic components for footwear and sports industry, manufacturing of helmets.

Job Responsibilities

• To responsible for daily overall activities and working effectiveness in Project department.
• To be responsible for managing and using manpower and equipment effectively.
• To be responsible for project planning, to operate for project achievement, to ensure the technology, product quality and productivity have to be efficiency.
• To build the development projects, operational solutions which should be followed factory specifications. 
• To co-ordinate with related departments to ensure that the factory is always under well operation, machines and equipment which have to clean and maintain frequently.
• To co-ordinate with HR department in recruitment and training staff in order to improve their skills and manpower development.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor graduated in Technology or related.
• Having experience in plastic production, 5 years' experience in Supervisor or Manager.
• Very good in, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, teamwork…
• Understand the operation principles of industrial system in plant.
• Open and positive thinking, good in communication and teamwork.

Education requirements

• Bachelor graduated in Technology or related.
