Job summary

Our client, a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services and solutions for industrial process engineering, is looking for a Talented Service Coordinator to manage Services business from Quote to Invoice – including resource mobilization during the execution phase.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative tasks, such as meeting organization, reporting, etc.
  • To manage Services business from Quote to Invoice – including resource mobilization during execution phase.
  • Monitor Authorized Service Provider when it comes to: ASP license and obligation/ training and certification records / monthly invoice/ month / Up to date on the calibration tools and devices, demos, software license, access to database.
  • Service info handling: for reactive – proactive - re-calls from factories
  • Quotation handling to customers and Authorized Service Providers (ASP)
  • Calibration Rig Management
  • Be in charge of training quotes and training agenda for customers and employees
  • Other administration task: travel booking/ meeting and training organization (both external and internal)

Experience requirements

  • Over 5 years of working experience
  • Understanding technical topic, can differentiate commissioning / calibration/ troubleshoot.
  • Good communication skills
  • Well-organized, self-discipline
  • Don’t mind saying No when needed
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
