Job summary

Our client, a dynamic start-up of fresh food e-Marketplace, is looking for talent Sourcing Manager (Market Development Manager), who can contribute to the successful of their business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard reliable sellers through direct and referral sales strategies, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
  • Drive sales growth by meeting key targets, including new customer acquisition, seller transactions, product expansion, and revenue generation.
  • Develop strong partnerships, manage local marketing efforts, and attend networking events to attract new business.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement, address service needs, and enhance competitiveness through feedback and market insights.
  • Monitor and manage accounts dynamically, identifying opportunities and risks through frequent client interactions.
  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, ensuring periodic reviews and adherence to trading parameters.
  • Implement and update account plans, maintain an organized CRM system, and track deal progress effectively.

Experience requirements

  • 5 years of experience in procurement, sales, or business development at a managerial level, preferably in industries related to food raw materials, farm products, FMCG, food manufacturing, F&B, restaurant chains, or multinational e-commerce businesses.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and selling food products across key categories (seafood, meats, fruits, vegetables, etc.) in Vietnam.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple brands, markets, and sales channels.
  • Ability to handle large product catalogs and diverse SKUs efficiently.
  • Track record of maintaining high service standards.
