Job Responsibilities

• Innovative Problem Solving: Deliver effective solutions to design and feasibility challenges, ensuring alignment with local market standards.
• Market Development: Identify and engage potential clients on construction projects, securing specifications and agreements.
• Industry Representation: Advocate for our client in interactions with professional bodies, enhancing our brand’s visibility and influencing industry standards.
• Specification Creation: Develop project specifications and system designs for architects, planners, and contractors, with a focus on our client Exterior Wall Systems.
• On-site Collaboration: Support construction processes on-site by collaborating with contractors and addressing technical challenges.
• Training & Support: Provide training and technical guidance to the local sales team, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Project Pipeline Management: Build and sustain a strong pipeline of construction projects in coordination with the Marketing team to strengthen brand presence.
• Strategic Account Planning: Utilize platforms such as Stratos to develop account strategies focused on the most promising projects based on size, timing, and win potential.
• Flexibility: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Experience requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in selling premium systems to architects, planners, and general contractors.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in specific markets or comparable product types.
• Travel: Readiness for frequent travel; a valid driving license is required.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and the local language.

Education requirements

• A degree in Engineering or Architecture from a university or college.
