Sr. Product Development Engineer

Job summary

A leading EU manufacturing company is currently looking for a Senior Engineer to be based in Dong Nai.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D CAD files to meet quality, aesthetic, technical, and cost requirements.
• Define product specifications and verify all related data, including BOM, costs, and technical documents, in line with standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sampling and provide prototypes for Product Marketing.
• Analyze and optimize product costs by exploring alternative designs and production techniques.
• Identify technical risks, validate Technical Handover documents, and ensure sample quality before final approval.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Rhinoceros); experience with 3D printing is a plus.
• Strong ability to model business processes using various tools and techniques.
• English proficiency for effective cross-functional communication.
• Innovative mindset with a creative and proactive approach.
