Adecco's client - a well ebstablished company specialise in personal care tool is seeking for talented Technical Engineering Director to join their team in Ho Chi Minh.

Job Responsibilities

As the Technical Engineering Director, you will:

• Oversee and manage the full production process lifecycle, from sample reception, research, analysis, simulation/design, prototyping, testing, establishing production processes, cost estimation, and production transfer.
• Develop and implement technology standards for production deployment.
• Provide guidance and support to internal customers to maximize technology efficiency.
• Collect customer feedback to drive technology improvements and changes.
• Innovate with advanced technologies for competitive advantages, optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Lead the development of technological strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage a team of technical engineers to deliver R&D projects, product improvements, and technology line enhancements.
• Oversee machinery systems and infrastructure for mold manufacturing and CNC processing.
• Set and monitor KPIs/OKRs and budgets to measure performance.
• Establish and execute internal training programs for engineers.
• Ensure the security of technological assets, including data, designs, and drawings.
• Participate in new product development initiatives.

Experience requirements

Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, precision mold stamping, heat treatment, and metal processing technologies.

Experience:

• Over 10 years in mold design and machining.
• Over 3 years in team management.

Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Project, budget, and team management abilities.
• Negotiation and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in English communication.

Education requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.
