Job summary

Our client, a company specializing in supplying chemicals and equipment for the plating business, is hiring a potential candidate for the Technical Sales Manager/Chinese Account. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning:
    • Develop medium and short-term domestic sales plans that align with overall business strategies.
    • Prepare monthly sales forecasts to support annual sales objectives.
    • Create and manage customer visit control plans for domestic sales and technical services.
  • Doing:
    • Address and resolve customer complaints related to domestic sales and services.
    • Attend to customer needs and preferences to attract new clients and enhance satisfaction and sales with existing ones.
    • Coordinate sales and delivery activities for manufactured products, services, commodities, and equipment.
    • Serve as Product Line Manager, responding to inquiries related to that product category.
    • Develop and implement customer visit control plans.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights on customer requirements for new products.
    • Work alongside technical services to assist with customer inquiries.
    • Update and disseminate marketing information to aid in market research.
    • Provide comprehensive, solution-based quotations to all customers.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities, supporting the sales team in closing deals.
    • Generate scheduled reports, including daily visit reports, monthly sales updates, and evaluations of customer visits against plans.
    • Create weekly visit schedules.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and prepare tailored quotations.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Checking
    • Review and ensure achievement of sales targets, forecasts, visit control plans, customer satisfaction metrics, and budget compliance.
    • Regularly update sales forecasts and monitor customer product situations.
  • Acting:
    • Take immediate action to address any issues that may impact sales performance.
    • Report identified problems or customer complaints to all relevant parties.


Experience requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales (preferable sales in chemical/plating chemical).


Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
