Tooling Engineer

Job summary

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers in design and manufacturing consumer equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and manage tooling specifications and schedules
• Review and optimize product and mold designs
• Lead tooling design reviews and validate trial shots
• Conduct mold flow and die-casting simulations
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance upgrades
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Maintain tooling data and provide progress updates

Experience requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in injection molding and/or die-casting
• Strong knowledge of mold materials, cold/hot runner systems, and tooling processes (CNC, EDM, etc.)
• Proficient in NX, Creo, Moldflow, Magma, AutoCAD
• Skilled in DFM, GD&T, and tooling project management
• Good English communication and reporting skills

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
