Job summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Responsible for all work done by team members of TL and has to fulfill all duties of TL in case of his absence.
  • Coach and mentor TL and BD.

Experience requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role (2 year or more preferred).
  • Total working experience in sales department (4 years or more)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Capability to write and speak in English.
  • Clearly understand and execute the company and segment strategy to position, penetrate, and win in the local market in Hanoi.
  • Proficient in Chinese.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
