Job Responsibilities

Monthly closing

• Make a sales progress report (Daily)
• Reviewing closing data (Sales, Cost)
• Collect data from each group then make a final report

Quick Plan (Estimate)

• Update actual data in Quick Plan template
• Collecting data from each group
• Make final report to Regional team

Business plan (Yearly)

• Making Business plan for following year
• Update template and collecting data
• Assist to make analysing report

Role & Responsibility:

• Download from system & collecting data
• Manage numeric data
• Assist making P&L report after closing and share it to subsidary

Experience requirements

Experience

• At least 10 years working experience in Finance/ Accounting
• Experience in Logistics/Trading companies
• English fluency is a must
• Korean skills is a plus

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft applications: Good at Excel, Words, Power Point…
• Good time management skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts
• Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, able to be multi-tasked

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s in finance/ accounting
