Human Resources Responsibilities
· Coordinate, facilitate, and support HR policies, processes, and program implementations within the company.
Performance Management
· Ensure employees fully understand the company’s performance management process.
· Consolidate performance review data at the factory level and submit to the National Administrator and HR Manager for final approval.
Recruitment & Selection
· Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers and ensure accurate job descriptions.
· Conduct background and reference checks for candidates.
· Build partnerships with universities to recruit fresh graduates.
Training & Development
· Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training activities for staff (managerial level and below).
· Maintain training records and analyze training needs.
Employee Relations & Communication
· Promote effective communication between staff and management and support issue resolution.
· Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Onboarding & Offboarding
· Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
· Provide newcomer training plans.
· Conduct exit interviews and report any critical feedback or issues to senior management.
Compliance & Government Regulations
· Ensure full compliance with current local labor laws and government regulations, including:
· Social insurance
· Personal income tax (PIT)
· Annual health checks, etc.
HR Initiatives & Reporting
· Support the implementation of national or group-level HR initiatives.
· Prepare timely HR reports (e.g., monthly headcount, updated organization charts).
Employee Engagement & Union Relations
· Lead employee relations initiatives to improve engagement.
· Maintain professional relationships with internal and external union representatives.
· Act as the company’s representative in collective bargaining agreements.
HR Operations Management
· Manage payroll, leave, and personal income tax (PIT) processes.
· Handle medical and insurance claims.
· Maintain employee records and annual health check documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
· Oversee daily office administration, including facility management, housekeeping, canteen, and security operations.
· Manage legal document registration with authorities and coordinate office setup or relocation as needed.
· Maintain administrative records (e.g., IT assets, vehicles, insurance, equipment).
· Coordinate logistics for visitors and staff, including visas, travel, accommodation, and events.
· Liaise with external agencies (e.g., government, police, industrial park authorities) for company compliance and operations.
· Support HSSE initiatives and ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
· Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching of new hires.
