Job summary

Job Description:

The Colleague Services Manager is responsible for leading the People & Culture (P&C) shared services team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and support to internal employees and people leaders. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing employee inquiries, developing and maintaining HR procedures and knowledge base articles, and collaborating with other P&C teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for managing the Colleague Services team, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of HR procedures and knowledge base content in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee accurate and efficient processing of HR transactions, including employee lifecycle events, payroll, and benefits.
  • Foster strong collaboration with other P&C teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate and improve HR processes, incorporating innovative technologies.
  • Provide strategic support and guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Develop and deliver HR metrics and reports to monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage the operational HR budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Implement and manage the Health, Safety, and Well-being framework to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Ensure HR systems are effectively managed and aligned with business needs.
  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage immigration services for expatriate employees, ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a shared services environment and at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in team management and leading through change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR information systems and related technologies.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of HR services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.
  • Continuously review and improve HR workflows, leveraging automation and technology to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and internal policies, ensuring all HR practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding—including contracts, data management, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accessible HR policies, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to support self-service and consistency.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and service levels, using data to identify trends, solve problems, and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of HRIS and related platforms to support operational excellence.
  • Support initiatives that promote a safe, inclusive, and healthy workplace environment.
  • Oversee third-party service providers and contribute to budget planning and resource optimization.
  • Coordinate immigration and relocation processes for expatriate employees, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience


Experience requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR operations and in leadership role.
  • Advanced English with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of HR service delivery models, compliance frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through change, streamline operations, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Prefer candidate with experience working in shared services environment, with a strong understanding of centralized HR service models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources; International Business, Business Administrations or related fields
