Our client, a company specializing in manufacture of paints, hiring a potential candidate for the ASEAN – Product Management Manager.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the industrial sector.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in team management, preferably in the industrial sector.
Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
Communication Skills: Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
