Job Responsibilities

1.1 Master Data Responsibilities

• Maintain master data on SAP MM Module to ensure smooth system operations and accurate transactional data.
• Support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.
• Ensure master data integrity in key systems and maintain processes to support data quality.
• Conduct data cleaning to eliminate old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
• Act as a key-user to monitor and resolve errors during master data maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as per customer requests.
• Handle master data requests from end-users, ensuring timely and accurate responses under pressure.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

1.2 Digitalization Responsibilities

• Create automation solutions for manual tasks.
• Digitalize data/information into dashboards for management purposes.
• Analyze planning data for logistics processes.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Module for Master Data.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other automation/analyzing tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, SQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset paired with effective communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and assertiveness.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills and clear understanding of SAP MM system language.
• Preferably with experience in logistics processes or ERP tools.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Process, Process Management, or Data Management or related fields.
